 Weight issues are often complex

 Food and the sharing of food plays such an important part in our lives and yet it is so very easy to develop an unhealthy relationship with it. For some, losing weight centres on nutritional education and a personalised food plan. For many though it is a far more complex issue.

Clients come to see me because they are not happy about the ways things are and they want something to change. Usually, the best way to change behaviour is not to work on what is 'wrong' but to develop new behaviours, creating new neural pathways or new connections in our brains which can become dominant over time. As a qualified coach, it is my job to increase your awareness so that your choices become clearer.  I will support you and listen without judgement as you grow in confidence finding your own solutions and direction so that you can bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. 


It is not about having an end goal in sight but knowing the direction you want to go in and being able to adapt and change as you learn things along the way.  


We are often a prisoner to our negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. They can hold us back and protect us in equal measure.  One thing is certain, if left alone, they just grow and expand and overtake our every waking moment. Change is possible and change is action. I have many tools and tips which will help you to manage your thoughts and feel better.
